We have 15+ years of experience in working with voluntary agencies, with people with disabilities, and with supporting the growth and development of social enterprises and community projects. We have secured numerous funding programmes from statutory funding agencies including Pobal, Leader Partnership and National Lottery.
We pride ourselves in applying our extensive experience of company governance/regulation and the needs of social care, social enterprise and community sectors to the development and delivery of a broad range of workshops. Our workshops cover key strategic topics including health promotion, ageing and end-of-life supports, social enterprise, disability, psychosocial support needs and social care.
Members of the Team
Marianne Murphy has extensive experience in working with voluntary and community groups and start-up social enterprises. Her expertise lies in fostering, supporting and facilitating the development of new project ideas, start-ups and strategic innovations across the sector. She has considerable experience in supporting training needs in the academic sector, including module and workshop development and delivery along with tutor support up to and including FETAC Level 8.
Marianne is a Chartered Health Psychologist registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland. She has accredited certificates in Counselling and Psychotherapy and in End of Life Care.
Alongside these academic credentials, Marianne has 10+ years of experience as a director on various non-profit company boards. Marianne has worked with numerous statutory and voluntary agencies including Roscommon Leader Partnership, Roscommon SICAP, Marie Keating Foundation, National Cancer Screening Services, Athlone IT and Open Training College, Dublin.
Damien Fallon supports administration and customer service for Lorica. Damien has wide experience in finance, retail and sales sectors.
